jREPLACEMENT PROGRAMME FORESHADOWED. (by cable—press ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received June 10th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 10. The Parliamentary correspondent of the, "Daily Telegraph" says that a Cabinet committee has reported favouring a definite programme of naval coneftruotion spread over a number of years. It is understood that the Treasury is convinced that a programme of replacement is absolutely necessary.
