LONDON, June 9.
The report of the Inter-AUied Commission of" Control, which formed the bnsi? of Friday's Note to Germany, has been published. The hulk of Germany's infraction., of the'* Treaty were embodied in the Note.
The report enlarges en resistance and Obstruction on the part of the German military authorities, and charges them with dissimulation; netabiy'rogarding the military training of youths and the secret possession of war material and armaments.
