J. C. NEWLAND'S RECITALS.
Three recitals are announced to lie given, in the Choral Hall by the famous entertainer Mr J. C Ncwlands. ..The first will be given oil Thursday night, when a feast of good literature will be presented. Edgar Allan Poe'3 "The Bolls," Rudyard Kipling s "How the Elephant Got Its Trunk," and "The Cratchet'a Chriatmas Dinner" (Dickens) ar<k among the items. The second recital will be devoted to Shakespeare, Scott, and Dickens, when the famous love scene from 1 "Romeo and Juliet" wilL be presented. For . the third recital Mr Kewlands will submit a popular evening. The box plan is at The Bristol.
