PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of The Rating Act, 11)03, Sections 48 to 51, and tho Counties Act, 1920, and amendments -thereto, that it i& the intention of the Etelwyn County Counoil at its next ordinary meeting, to be held on the Sixth Day of July, 1925, to make and levy a General Rate of One BaH-penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Lake Coleridge, Horcrrato, and Rakaia Ridings separately; also a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One-fourth of a Penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County, fox the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1925, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1926, such rates to become due and payable in one sum on tho 22nd day of July, 1325, at the Selnyn County Council office, Horoxata.
