TRANSFER OF TITLES REFUSED. (»t CABLE—2&HSB ABSOCIAMON-'-COI'rBIOHT.) (ftSCTElt's TELISQaAHB.) j LONDON, May 1. !A meeting of'the Anglo-French War Graves Committee discussed the transfer of, the land titles of 79 British cemeteries, which the communal authorities ar(i refusing, on the ground that toe mufeh land is occupied. The Communes contend that the cemeteries should be concentrated. The Trench members of thej Committee agreed to do their utmost to induce the Communes ta allow the transfers.
