Tho Hon. Sir James Parr remarked at Wanganui last week that it was a good thing that education wag coming into its own, and that its value was recognised. Education was now in thfc front line of the activities of any nar tion. "What is going to become of this world unless they train the intelligence of the children?" he asked.
