Time, 17min 0 l-ssec. South Australia, Victoria and Queensland finished in that order. The champion sculls resulted —A. Cambridge (Victoria) I,_ Cuthberteon (Tasmania) 2, Kidetts (South- Australia) 3. Time, 17min 13 l-ssec. Bojn&s, of Queensland, the former champion, when leading at the mile, was seized with stomach trouble and did not finish.
