LONDON, April W, The death is announced of Sir Richard Butler, a former Premier of South Australia. [Sir Richard Butler was horn in England on December 3rd, 1850, and educated at St. Peter's College, Adelaide. Ho entered the House-in 1890 as member for Yataja, and in 1898 was, appointed Minister of Education and Agriculture, He was Premier and Treasurer in 1905, and at various inters Toning; periqds was a member of the Cabinet. He was Speaker of the House fl f Assembly from 1921 to 1924.]
