MAYORAL ELECTION. All Citizens who do not want a Labour Mayor of Christ ehuich mast concentrate their vote on Mr Fkshcr. It is clear that neither Mr Beaaland or Mr Hamlet can defeat Mr Archer, and that votes given to them instead of to Mr Flesher will help Labour win the Mayoralty. 6
