MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS. DR THACKER presents his best wishes to all the Citizens of Greater Christchurch, and in asking their vote as a member of tho Lyttelton Harbour Board wishes to state that he is still a firm believer that Port Christchurch is the only solution of better access to the sea; transhipping has killed Lyttelton. A NEW BLOOD PROGRESSIVE MAYOR IS IMPERATIVE. A Mayor must be a just referee. MR HAMLET is the one to supply this very urgent want. The other three Candidates have had a long .spell and done nothing; adopting a stand still policy; hence Citizens can fearlessly VOTE. HAMLET, A WILLING, CEASELESS WORKER.. A Party Mayor must give a Partisan vote and a Partisan casting vote. DR. THACKER tells all his kind supporters, Citizens of Christchurch, that he has personally proven MR HAMLET'S honour and integrity and says straight out:—-Vote HAMLET. HAMLET stands for all the people all the time. Vote HAMLET Mayor, Harbour Board and Hospital Board.
MAYORAL ELETCION. TO THE ELECTORS AND CITIZENS OF CHRISTCHURCH CITY:— • Tho Citizens' Committco insult your intelligence by dictating as to how you should vote. Lord Byrou—England's greatest poet —lias said: "The man who will not reason 5s a bigot, and he who dare not is a slave." Use your Godgiven birthright and vote HAMLET because he represents all of the people all of the time. HAMLET knows no. creed nor cant of class in Municipal politics. TTAMT.T.T will maintain and uphold the dignity of your city. Remember . Dr. Thacker's manifesto 'exhorting all citizens to return HAMLET with a team of Progressives, then Christchurch City will reap the logical reward of its labours. BE SURE AND VOTE HAMLET. /
