SECONDARY SCHOOLS' COMPETITIONS.

At a meeting of the secondary schools sports masters, the secondary' schools competitions, were arranged for the season. Boys' High School, St. Andrew's, and St. Bede's having entered teams in the Rugby Union's competitions, it was decided that there should be no first grade. secondary schools competition. There will be second, third, fourth, colts (under 15 years on April Ist), and two light-weight grades, an A for boys under 8.7 and a B for boys under 7.0. The second grade will start to-morrow week, and the other grades on' the following Wednesday. All the secondary schools, including Christ's College, from their second fifteen down, will take part in the schaelß' competitions.
