A FLOATING FORTRESS.
AIRCRAFT CARRIER LAUNCHED. (BY CABL*—PRBSS ASSOCIATION— COMEIOHT.) (BSUTZA'S TELEGRAMS.) TOKYO, April 22. The aircraft carrier Akagi has been launched and will be completed iu 1927. She has a tonnage of 26,900, a speed of 28} knots and her armament includes 10 20-centimetre and four 12-centimetre' guns, and 12 12-centimetre anti-air-craft guns. She will carry a large number of airplanes of all typeß.
