Mr J. Duncan, senior partner in the firm in whoso premises the Richmond explosion occurred, blames soma enemies who, he said, thought they should have shared his business success.
He knows he has enemies who would be glad to inconvenience him. U« thinks the explosion was caused deliberately. Ho never had gelignite on the premises.
