"SAN TOY."
In the Christchurch Operatic .Society's production of "Our Miss . Gibbs" last year, the characters of father and son were played respectively by Mr Bex Hobbs and Mr Frank Morrison.' This year they have retained the relationship and will appear as Sir Bingo and Captain Bobbie Preston in "San Toy." Newcomers to the society are Mr Dan MeKivett, who will take the part of Li, Mr VV-yn Cowlison, the Emperor, Mr Ronaldson, Harvey Tucker, and Mr Harraway, Sing Hi. Mr Claude Burrows will afain be heard in some delightful numbers—this time .as a student, Fo Hop.
