Jfr <T. 3-»aivc-s, postmaster at Otahnhu, succeeds Mr Davics as postmaster at Rangioni. 3lr V. Brooks, postmaster at Tlotonia, has been promoted to chief postmaster at Blenheim, vice Mr A. Dawson promoted postmaster at Palmerston North. , Mr J. N. Neville, supemsor at the Telegraph Counter, Wellington, succeeds Mr Williams at Lyttelton, who is retiring at tho end of the present month. Jfr D. P- Por+eous, postmaster at In'glewood, and formerly postmaster at ytaroa, has been promoted to Inspector General Post Office, Wellington. • Jfr 0. W. Hazleton, postmaster at Gore, has been appointed Chief Postmaatcr at Nelson. Mr A. W. Downer, of Waimotc, and formerly of Iteefton, succeeds Mr Hazleton at Gore.
