SHIPPING NOTES.
The Orcpuki is expected to Bail this afternoon with cargo for Nelson, Westport, and New Plymouth. The Woott-on is to complete loading to-day for Wellington. The Waitomo, loading here for Auckland, should get away to-morrow afternoon. The Canopua is expected to complete discharge of her cargo of Westport coal tomorrow. She is to return to Westport, taking cargo. The Calm should be here to-day. from l'imaru. She loads here for Wellington and Wanganui. The Tees is timed to load to-day for the Chatham Islands.
The Gale is due on Thursday from' the south. She takes in cargo : for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Breeze is expected here to-morrow from Wellington and Wanganui. She is to sail in the afternobn for Dunedin and, Timaru.
The ferry steamer Wahine is to dock here on Tuesday next for cleaning and painting. She will sail as usual in the evening.
The Cygnet is now to sail to-night for Kaikoura, Motueka, and Nelson. Captain A. 'R. Stewart has taken- over command of the Kaituna.
Captain S".'Hewitt is now in command of the Kairango, vice Captain G. M. Kuxton, ■who is awaiting instructions. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Augusta waa expected to leave Wellington yesterday afternoon for'.Lvttelton and Dunedin to unload the remainder of her New York cargo. An arrival at' Wellington on Friday was the Shaw-Savill liner Raranga from Auckland to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. The vessel is to lnave there to-morrow for Lyttelton and Dunedin. To continue her lending for Home ' the steamer City of Winchester arrived at Wellington on Saturday morning from Wanganui. She left on Sunday morning for Napier and Auckland to complete loading, and js expected to clear Auckland on April '27 th for London, via Monte Video and Tenerifie.
