The Peking Legations have been informed that Tuan Chi-jui will probably arrive in Peking on November 26th, whereupon tho Provisional Cabinet wilt hand over the Government to Tuan, who will take the post of Premier and assume tho functions of President pending tho election of a permanent Chief of tho Executive.
It is reported from Hankow that the Norwegians' Mission at Anda has been captured by bandits.
