ANNUAL ROSE SHOW.
-—, » ' The committee of the Canterbury Horticultural Society met to mako-final arrangements for the annual rose-show. Mr E.-E. Wiltshiro presided ovej- a full attendance of members. The chairman welcomed Mr J. W. Gosnoy to a seat on the committee. The secretary reported that arrangements, for the roso show were well in hand.. Mr G. J. Macdonald will .judge the rose clauses and Messrs E. E. Drewitt and W. H. Lawrence the cut flower ' classes, - and lit Humm. the decorativo section. The season has been very favourable,-and everything points t'j a successful show.
