ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS, - sufficient to provide* all tuition fees, and tenable for four years (1925-8) will be offered for competition in the month of December next, open to boys under 13 years of age on the- first day of that month. SUBJECTS FOR EXAMINATION. (1) English, Grammar and Composition, (2) Arithmetic, <3) English History, (4) Geography. This Scholarship is open without restriction as to religious denomination or previous schools attended. The examinations will be held at. Christ's College on Friday, 12th December, at 9.15 a.m. Every intending candidate must forward to the Bursar on or before Ist December his name, age, certificate of good character from master of the last school attended. The College will require proof of age in the case of successful candidates only. The Entrance Scholarship Regulations can be seen at the College Office. In addition to the above, Exhibitions are offered of the -value of £ls per annum to deserving boys whose parents are in need of financial assistance. These are not awarded simoly on the results of an examination, but it is hoped that applicants for them will sit for the Examination on Friday, 12th December.
