The adjourned meeting of creditors in tlie bankrupt estate of William McGregor Turnbull, farmer, late cf Glenmark, was held in the office of the Official Assignee, Mr A. \Y. Watters, yesterday afternoon. The previous meeting, held on Decemtjyr 13th, 1b23, had been aujourned lor the purpose oi investigating the aflaiis oi bankrupt, who was a soldier settler. Bankrupt vas not able to attend yesterday's meeting of creditors owing to a cycling accident he had met with* ana Mr K. G. Archer represented him. • The meeting.,took Ine form of a discussion of private reports submitted as a. result of the investigations made. Mr R. O. Duncan, the largest creditor, ea,id he considered that no good would be done by refusing bankrupt's discharge. • The meeting was of the same opinion.
