The position is that Chang Tso-lin docs not intend to accept any high office, and will return to Manchuria when the reconstruction policy Is worked out. He emphasised that the relations between Chang Tso-lin and Feng Yu-hsiang are Rood. Both agree that Tuan Chi-jui must bo appointed leader, and with their support work out a policy of reunification. With this object in Tuan is now communicating with all the provinces.
