Tho Christchurch Model-\acht Club sailed off the' first two heats of the championship under the supervision of Mr Ruxtcm, In_ wind was strong from the *<. E. and although some of tho Boats lost good positions through fouling each other, good sailing' was witnessed. Results: — Pi'st heat: Etenstein'e Pateena. Ist, i>uchanau'a Phyliss 2nd, Bowlkefs Ldy 3rd, -Sarelius's Sans Atout 4th, Hodges Tm sth.
