Now the right of hospital nurses to bob and shingle is questioned. To-day the ltomford lioard of Guardians dooided ttovt no member of the nursing staff should bo allowed to bob or shingle, and ehori-haired - women must immediately allow their hair to grow. A woman member of the Board strongly urged that bobbed hair was hygienic, and asked if wanteds h-.ur in their food.

Other opponents of tho Board's order aaked if it were proposed to for* bid the Use of faoo-power and' high heels.
