In these days when the milkman with his can is being supplanted by sealed bottles, when milk is clarified and thus retailed, those interested in that retailing should make a point of watching tho working of the complete dairy plant as shown by Mason Struthers. Tho niillc is drawn from the cow by the milker, delivered to the centrifugal clarificr to clear it of foreign bodies, and is then passed on to a "Kawartha" Bottling Machine, which automatically fills and releases the bottle all ready for tho capping, which work is effected by a most ingenious little machine.
THE "DE LAVAL" CLARIFIEE. The dairyman in using the famous "De Laval" Clarifler is a general benefactor, as it is only by means of theso special and scientific appliances that that purity in milk on which the health of the people depends can be obtained. COOPER SHEARING MACHINES.
