ALLEGED MURDER.

SYDNEY, November 11
Detectives have concluded their enquiries into the death of Harold Besley, aged 27, a mental defective, whose body was found trussed up in a, sack in the Hawkeabury river. They are convinced he was murdered, also that they know the murderer. No arrest has been made, but. the suspect will be kept under close observation till the' inquest.
