Tho recent grand opera season was certainly the ino3t remarkable success that has over been witnessed in history of Australia, so far as musical affairs no concerned. We 14 weeks in Melbourne, about 12 weeks in Sydney, and three /weeks • in Adelaide. The result was certainly an amazing succees. The outstanding ' sensation of tho company, a eoprano star of tho first magnitude, was undoubtedly Toti Dal Monte, and Signora Scivizzi Concata (soprano), Signor Paccaluga (tenor), M.
