# A meeting of tlw Canterbury Pilgrims' Association wee hold yesterday afternoon, the Rev. F. Britten presiding. It was reported that tho arrangemonte in connexion with the Anniversary Day celebrations were progressing favourably.^ Tho chairman suggested that tho children of tho descendants of the first four ships should ho trained to provide a dancing entertainment at the anniversary celebrations. Miss Ngaio Afarsh «aid that if the children could be produced ehe was sure that some of the professional dancing teachers in the city would undertake to train them. It was decided that a Bpecial meeting bo held next Monday afternoon to consider what should be done regarding the "training of tfeo children.
