SUMNER BOROUGH COUNCIL hereby gives public notice that the said Council proposes to raise a special loan of £IOOO for the purpose of purchasing land for the extension of St. Leonard's square in the Borough of Sumner and for the " lprovement thereof as a Recreation Ground.
