NOVEMBER 6th, extra express train stopping at same stations as G.lO a.m. Inverearexpress leaves Oimaru for Chnstchurch 2.21 p.m., arriving Chritchnrch 7.5 p.m. It leaves Christehurch lor Lyttelton 7.18 p.m., running on to Ferry wharf. Passengers from North of Oamaru, except those from Waintatc branch, must travel bj' this train. Usual 6.10 a.m. InvprcergiHChristcliurch express train, after leaving Oamnru, stops only to set down except that it picks up Waiiiiato branch passengers at Studholme. NOVEMBER 7th—Usual 6.10 a.m. Inver-cargill-Christchurch express which arrives Christehurch 7.28 p.m. (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) will run on Friday, November 7th. It will not run to Lyttelton nor connect with fcrrv steamer. NOVEMBER 10th—The Up mail which leaves Duncdin for Christehurch at 8.0 a.m., runs in'two parts Timaru to Christehurch The first part lifts passengers at Timaru, and at usual stopping stations betwenn Timaru and Christehurch, arriving Christchurch usual time (5.8 p.m.). It will not run through to Lyttelton. The secoud part, with passengers lifted between Dunedin and Timaru, arrives Christehurch 5.45 p.m. and leaves Christehurch for Lyttelton 6.0 p.m., running on to ferry wharf. NOVEMBER 13th—Usual mail train which leaves Timaru 1.48 p.m. and arrives Christehurch 5.8 p.m. (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) will run Timaru to Christchurch. NOVEMBER loth—Relief express trait: making same stops as the 8.50 a.m. express from Christehurch, leaves Christehurch for Dunedin 8.0 a.m. Extra express train Hopping at same stations as 12.20 p.m. av>'l train from Christehurch (Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays), leaves Christehurch for Timaru 12.20 p.m. NOVEMBER 17th—Relief express train stopping at saute stations as 12.20 p.m. mail train, leaves Christehurch for Timaru 1.0 p.in. It will connect at Timaru with Fairlie branch train. Usual 12.20 p.m. mail train will not take passengers for stations Lp to Timaru inclusive except for Fairlie branch. CHRISTCHURCH-GRE YMO UTH. On November 7th and 17th, usual 9.5 a.m. Christchurch-Greymouth and 10.15 am. Greymouth-Christchurch trains WILL RUN. On November 17th, tho 5.20 a.m. Christ-church-Arthur's Pass and 11.55 Arthur's Pass-Christchurch trains will NOT lun. On November B<h and 15th, the 10.15 a.m. Greyinouth-Christchurch train will be accelerated to leave Sheffield 1 4.6, Darfield 4.28, Kirwee 4.39, Rolleston 5.0, arriving Christchurch 5.30 p.m. On November 14fch, special Day Excursion train for Otira leaves Christehurch 8-5 a.m Addington 8.11, Rolleston 8.35, Springfield 10.7 a.m., arriving Otira 12.24 p.m. Stops only where timed. Return train leaves Otira 4-10 p.m., arriving Christehurch 8.12 p.m. Fares—Christehurch, 15s fir*t, 10s eeeond: Addington, 14s 6d and 10a; Rolleston, i?d and 8s 9d; Springfield, 8s 6d and 5s 9d. On November Bth and loth, usual 5.45 p.m. train for Lyttelton leaves Christehurch 6.13 p.m. On November 10th. usual 5.30 p.m. mail train Chrmtchurch to Lyttelton will leave Christehurch 6.0 p.m., arriving Lyttelton wharf 6.23 p.m. Usual 5.'55 p.m. train for Christehurch will leave Lyttelton 6.45 p.m On % November 14th, special trains, stopping where required for passenger traffic, leave Christehurch for Lyttelton 8.35 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. and Lyttelton for Christchurch 9.0 a.m. and 9.65 a.m. Should the weather be' unfavourable, these special trains will NOT run.
