It was decided that no complimentary tickets should bo given outside officials ana Press representatives. Mr Collins reported that the Royal LifeSaving Society would supply tho medals for intermediate, junior, and ladies' breast-stroke championships. An ordinary meeting of the Centre vas held subsequently to the special meetin?. Tho executive reported having passed tho United A.S. Club's programme and list of officials. , , Tho matter of the Canterbury championships was relegated to tho executive to reMatters in connexion -with the Taldhurst Shield competition for public schools "cere referred to a sub-committee consisting of Messrs Lyone, Atkinson, and Cooke to report at tho next meeting Entries -were received from United, East Christchurch, and Opawg, Clubs for the penior water polo competition, and from United, East Christchurch, Addington, and Richmond for tho junior contest. Mr S. White resignod from the water polo committee and Mr Annand was elected to fill the "vacancy. The Wharenui Club vras granted December 30th for an inter-club meeting.
Mr L. Annand was appointed handicapper for the opening diving contest, the interclub ha,ndicar>pcr3 to act in future contests.
