LONDON, November 29
The Central News Agency states that Mr A. A. Purcell, Labour M.P., will head the Trade Union delegation leaving for Moscow on November 7th, to investigate the Zinovicff letter. CHRISTIANTA, October '29. A Norwegian newspaper states that during the general strike six months ago the Moscow Soviet oxecutivo sent a letter to the Norwegian Communist headquarters, couched in terms almost identical with ZinoviefFs alleged letter to the British Communist Party. (AUSTEAUAK AMD V.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received October 30th, 10.10 p.m.) LONDON. October .30. The "Daily Tolegra-ph'' says that Mr Maei>onald is expected to return to Tendon this evening. Ho will begin immediately an investigation with the object of establishing the authenticity or otherwise of the Zinovioff letter, also clearing up the circumstances under which tho Foreign Office Note- was despatched.
