- A SUCCESSFUL GATHERING. The Southbridgo Athletic Club held its annual eports gathering in tho Southbridgo Domain on Monday in fine weather. There •wa.3 a record attendance, t lio Rato takings ■amounting to £72. Excellent sport was witnessed in tho cycling and foot races. The chief foot race, tho 185 yds Sheffield Handicap, was won by S. R. Symister, and the chief cycle race, tho Southbridgo 'Wheel Pace, by J. Henderson. L. Imvood, of tho Southbridgo School, won • the schoolboys' chftmpionship of 100 yards.
