TRAGEDY IN CHANNEL. (By Cable—Press Association/—'Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received June 4th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 2. A French aeroplane flying from London to Paris nose-dived into the eea from a height of two thousand feet, three miles from Folkestone. A crowded Channel steamer proceeded at full speed to the spot and picked up the mutilated bodies of two passengers — Dr. Ley, a leading London surgeon, end a Frenchman. The French pilot's body was not recovered.
