SUNDAY CONCERT.
A ooncert was held in the Greater Crystal Palace Theatre last evening in aid of the Lewisham Hospital iiuilding Fund. The theatre wias crowded. The Christchurch Professiomal Musicians' Orchestra, under ■Mr Albert Bidgood, played the following selections:—'"Crown Diamond," "Impression Bustique," and "J.-*oii._j and ■ Circumstance" t-fcagar). Alias ir c ii. jdoiris pmyea an Aria How xiach, accompanied by tne string quartette. bongs wers given by Miss Uisula Caison, Mr Frank Morrison, friiga Gladys Baker, Mr Tom Minogue, Alls J. Hulme, Mr iteruert Brown, and Mrs Calson. The accompanists were Misses D. Wood and Katie O'Connor. A recitation was given by mr Frank McDonald. Ail the artists were most enthusiastically received. Miss Baker ana Messrs Minogue and Drown, who are members of the J. C. Williamson Opera Company, appeared by special permission of the company's management.
