LEGALITY SUSTAINED. (Received June 2nd, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 1. The Nevada Supreme Court sustained the legality of the PickfordMoore divorce. It is not likely that any appeal will be made to the United States Supreme Court. The decision ended two years' litigation. The Court held that the State had no right to attack the divorce, and the Court in which the attack was made had no jurisdiction.
