NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tiie Waimari County Council, held on the Bth day of May, 1922, the following rowlution was passed, and will bo submitted for confiimation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on MONDAY, June 12th, 1922, at 1.30 p.m.:— RESOLUTION TO RAISE A REPAYMENT LOAN, under Section 16, of the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913." WHEREAS the Sum of £925, borrowed by the Waimairi County Council for the pur- ' pc-sos of Electrical Construction is due and payable on the Ist day of May, 1922. • AND WHEREAS no Sinking Fund has been provided, the sum of £925 is requin J to pay off the said Loan. ! Njw, therefore, the Waimairi County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in* it in that behali, by the "Local Bodies Loans Act, K-13," hereby resolves by way of SPECIAL OLDER. FIRST. That for the purpose of providing interest, Sinking Fund, and other charges on the said Loan, of £325, the said Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of Scven-fortifths of a penny in the Pound on the' Rateable va.ue (being capital value) of all the ratcab.e property in the Main Electrical Lighting Luan special Rating Area, in the County of Waimairi, and that such rate slir.ll be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the Loan, and shall be payable halfyearly on the First Day of April, and the First' Day of Uctober, in. each year during the currency of the Loan, being a period of Five veari, or until the Loan is luJJy paid oil.
