AMERICAN COPYRIGHT LAW.

President' Harding has issued a proclamation extending to New Zealand tho benefits of the American copyright law, 1919, under vliich privileges are accorded to such nations as adopt reciprocal laws. The action is tho result of the New Zealand Order-in-Council of 1921, extending copyright privileges to America.
