He leaves for Invercargill to-morrow morning, and proceeds to Otautau, where he will unveil a soldiers' memorial ill the afternoon. In the evening he delivers a policy speech at Invercargill. Sir "William Fraeer, who opened the Beekeepers' Conference to-day, ■-will accompany Mr Massey to Invercargill. l'he Hon. W. D.wnie Stewart leaves for Christchurch to-morrow morning, and the Hon. E. P. Leo goes to Oamaru in the morning.
