He was fined 10a, in default 24 hours' imprisonment, on the first charge, 403, in default H clays' imprisonment on the second, and 20s, in default sever, days' imprisonment, on the third, ■ tho terms to be cumulative. COURT. For riding a bicycle without a light, a boy aged 1G was fined 2s Ed. A boy of 15 years was charged with having, unlawfully taken a horse and gi-y and converted them to his own use. The horso and vehicle were valued at £75, and were tne ■croperty of tho Os.'ord Presb-terian. Church. Evidence was givm that a Pr-sbvterian minister called to see tho boy's employer, and that the boy had taken advantage of the opportunity aii'l driven sway. l>oiu<r caught near Belfast. Wilkinson was aloo charged with having represented himself to be a detective, no i,o+, being, a member of tho INew Zealand Polieo Force. _ ~, ,» The Magistrate was rot satisfied with the integrity of tho interpreter, and the case was adjourned until "Wednesday to allow the services of another one to be obtained.
