The Caruso Fund National Committee is collecting a 1,000,000 dollar fund, to bekno-.yn as tho Caruso American Memorial Foundation. This fund is to be used in assisting! deserving young musicians through scholarships, and for the promotion of musical :ippreciation. One-half the income of the fund is to be used' in promoting musical appreciation, and tho otner half in making sciclarship awards. Half the scholarchip awiird will be applied to instrumental students *.nd composition, and the remainder to voice culture.'
