(press association telegram.) TE AWA3IUTU, March 31. A unique achievement has been accomplished by the Te Awamutu Borough Council, which, for three years in succession, has collected all rates and other revenue. Again,.the year just closed shows a clean tiheet, every penny of over £I2,<XX) of revenue having been paid.
