The prosecution of Roscoe Arbuckle forth© third time, at San Francisco,.is nearinp; completion. The only new evidence is the testimony of a hospital nurse where Miss Rappe died- She declared that Miss Rappe told her that Arbuckle should pay the hospital bill, because she blamed him for her injury.
