The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily News' 1 says several parties in the Reichstag support Herr Hugo Stiunes and the leading industrialists in urging the Government to make over to the Allies 20 per cent, of the shares of all financial, commercial, and industrial undertakings in Germany in full settlement of reparations claims. Influential members of the Cabinet are reported to be in favour of the scheme.
