RANGIORA CLUB. The seventeenth annual general, ineejtingof the Rangiora. Bowling, Tennis, and Croquet Ciub was, held lust evening, Mr H. A.; Archclall presiding. The annual iwport of the committed, showed the club to be in a flourishing condition. Q'ho season had been an uneventful ore, Thecommittee was indebted to the Ground Committee, Messrs H. Boyd and M. Smith, for the capable and thorough manner in. which, they hud carried out their duties. The groundkeoper, Mr 6. had also discharged his duties most Satisfactorily. ,The year ended with an excess of income over expenditure of £26 2s lid. Tlio income from the lulliaTtl tables had' kept Tip fairly well, bringing in £lO4 13s 3d, as compared with £llO 129 the-previous year. The total receipts were, £351 7s 9d, and the expenditure £325 4s lOd

Bowse; committee, Messrs J. Marshall, W. A. Banks, T. W. Ambrose, J. McKenzie, S. B. Glasgow, W. Allison, H Boyd, A. E. Goldin<r, M. Smith, IT Sharp, S. G. Tolmie,- L. Wilson, H. Kippenbergsr, H. A. Archdall, and 11. Sinclair; auditor, Mr J. Marshall. It was decided to reduce the age allowing a reduced subscription from 23 to 21. A vote of thanks was passed to the outgoing president, the secretary, the treasurer the euditor (Mr. H. Boyd), and the Prera. Appreciation was expressed of Mr M. Smith's eerrioes, and ho was elected an honorary member for this year.
