Incomplete details, which a* reaching London via Paris and Madrid, speak of excitement in Morocco following the action of the Shereefian authorities in forbidding Spanish subjects to fish in Moroccan waters. All business in Tangiers has stopped. ■» A Spanish warship has been despatched to the scene.
