WALL STREET EXPLOSION.
AN ITALIAN'S ABBEST. (By Catto—Press Association—Copyright.) (Australian and N.ii. Cable Association.) (Received April 24th, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 23. Four persons have now identified photographs of Tito Luigi, who was arrested at Pittsburg, as the driver of a waggon used in connexion with the Wall street explosion. W. J. Flynn, Chief of the Justice Department Investigation Bureau, believes the arre3t is important, in view of the fact that Luigi has admitted that 'he is an anarchist, and is unable to account for his movements about the time of the explosion. The Scranton police also discovered pieces of sashweights. similar to those contained in the Wall street bomb in a restaurant where Luigi was employed shortly zefore the explosion. One witness from New York positively identified Luigi as the man he saw driving a waggon in Wall atreet five minutes before the explosion.
