A first offender, for drunkenness, was fined 5s and costs. . „,„„„, Henry Kelly, a seaman in the OtaTama, was fined 5s for drunkenness, and ordered to pay £iss for damaging a cell .can. Thomas Harold Biggins and Douglas William Cole were each fined £1 for behaviour.
