Although' the whole report on the" work of the Joint War Committee of the British lied Cross Society and the Order of of Jerusalem is not yet in print, an'advance statement has been made of portion of the report of the. It is stated that Britain, 1< ranee, and Belgium- have all decided not to send representatives to the meeting, the decision in the case of this country being taken because the Committee failed to lake adequate Bteps after the execution of Nurse Cavell. It is understood that the American rqpresentatiTes are to insist on reading a list of crimes and offence.? charged against th<» German? and against which the Committee, in America's view, shouW have protested.
