f. * CELEBRATION DTOHBISTOHUBOH. Arrangements for the -fitting celebration of Ansae Day on the 25th init. ; are in hand by the Returned Soldiers' ! Association. A memorial service is to v be held in the King Edward Barracks, and returned men are to fall in at Cranmer aquaro at 1.45 p.m. Drcs* will be optional; members in muiti are asked to weal* badges. Colonel. Stewart will take charge of the parade, . and tho Territorials and Cadets and the Defence Band will attend .under Colonel ltow. The Woolston Band will al«o ; parade, and it is probable that troop* of Boy Scouts will attend. There - will be a firing party, gun-corringe. and buglers to sound tho ''Las Post''; no 5 volleys will 'be f.rod. -At the King ( Edward Barracks an address will ' given by. Bishop Julius: tho solos will - be token by returned padres. Wreath i ( will bo deposited at the Cathedral. Invitations have been issued to members of tHe Officers' Club, to tho Mayor. ] nnd city councillors, members of loc*i « bodies, members of Parliament, mem- -f] bcrs of the Lady Liverpool Fund, of tho 1 lU'd Cross, of the C.D.C.. to ex-mem- . hers of the Imperial and Australian forces, to the veterans, and to nurse*. The cars for invalid returned soldiers i will be provided by members of the Canterbury Automooilo Association. J
