to TH« EDITOR 07 "XH£ VJHJ3." Sir, —Permit me to "write » few lines concerning the above. Although not a resident, I frequently go to Bt. Martin's to visit jay friends, and find the running of these cars rather a humbug. It is bad enough to find a long time between each trip, but even this would not matter so much if the cars left their destination at tho same time after each hour, but it is simply impossible to know when tho cars will come along, unless ono carries a timetable. Until quito recently there was nothing in tho Square to show where the St. Martin's cars started from and tho time-table on the board »vas tucked away in an obscure position. One really wonders why the people tolurata such a state of affairs so seronely.—Yours, etc.,
